Completely Disappointed – Phone Shuts Down Automatically When Closed! I purchased this Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 from Amazon in October 2024, thinking it would be a premium phone with great performance. But honestly, it has been the worst experience ever. Within a few months, the phone started showing a serious issue — every time I close (fold) the phone, it switches off automatically. I tried everything — Safe Mode, software updates, checking settings — nothing worked. This is clearly a hardware defect or manufacturing issue. I spent a lot of money expecting high quality, but instead got a phone that’s unusable for its main purpose. What’s the point of a flip phone that turns off when you fold it? I feel completely cheated and regret buying this. I trusted Samsung and Amazon, but this product failed badly. Do NOT buy this phone. Not worth the price or the headache.

Terrible product this! DO NOT BUY! We bought this product with SALAMA - 2 year accidental warranty and 1 year extended warranty. Salama refused to replace stating that this is not accidental damage and that it is a manufacturing defect. Basically taking no responsibility for their insurance that we bought.

I’m honestly so disappointed with Amazon. I bought my phone in February, and now I’m already having hinge issues. I took it to the Samsung store, and to my shock, they told me the phone was actually activated in 2022 and the warranty expired in 2023. I don’t even know what to do now. Samsung said I can get it repaired, but it will cost AED 1,090—basically the same price I paid for the phone! 😭 How can Amazon sell a phone like this? Does anyone know how I can return it, get a refund, or at least get it fixed without paying such a huge amount?

Not clearly mentioned it is south Korean version ..otherwise ok but Korean keyboard is by default Need help how to remove Korean apps and keyboard?

I asked for the refund and return. But there is no response. Later I requested for repair but there is no response. So suggestion not to buy this phone. I used only for 3 months. Now screen is gone. I can't see anything on the screen.

original , good as described and new in good condition but very bad delivery time , i took so long to come not as mentioned also the customs fees very high
