UPDATE SELLEROFFEREDME FULL REFUND MAY 3 2025 TYVM I INVREASED STARS FOR SELLERS COMPASSION TY After the second use the heat went out I ordered this October 30, 2024 used it a couple of times because my feet were so sore from working with a shovel in the backyard. We gonna half ago I went to use it again and there's no sign that it ever had a heat unit in it no light no heat. It is not worth the money I wish this would've done that in the first 30 days but it didn't and it's been in the closet all of December January February March up until the middle of April when I needed to use it again for digging in the yard. if you buy one run it 10 hours and see if it works I didn't even get an hour and I don't have no heat I wanted the heat. and I would not want another one either the bowls do not have enough padding they hurt and I am 63 years old. There's not enough padding to cover the balls
