I bought this as a gift for my sister who loves all things skulls and octopus, so this was a no brainer. I opened it when it arrived because I was worried about the quality and I was extra surprised to see how nice and quality it was! Great purchase and did not disappoint!

I ended up buying another one because the first was so cool. You will want to hang it with your own hardware because the screws they send are junk.It is a nice accent in my bar area.I rated the sturdiness at 3 because it is cast in a resin and one arrived broken where the ring goes through...I just put a little epoxy on it and it was not even noticeable.DO NOT screw the hardware too tight, or it may crack.

I bought this to add some personality to my very boring beige front door to my apartment. It was not the easiest item to install based on where the screw holes were, so even after making a template there was a slight struggle but not much. The door knocker is extremely solid and has some heft to it so I did make sure that I used anchors for the screws. And speaking of the screws this is going to be my only complaint about the product. The screws are a really bright silver color that stood out to an obnoxious degree against the copper and black and distressed coloring of the door knocker. I remedied the situation with some black nail polish, so if you look at the two pictures that I have added to this review you can see the difference between the silver screws and the addition of black nail polish.

This is one of the focal points in our new shipwreck bathroom. Absolutely love it!

Quality product, although I wouldn't use on door , more of a decorative piece. Ours will be used on the center of an antique fireplace I'm refinishing .

Wish it came with black screws. Other than that, no complaints. Easy to install and heavier than it looks. A truly functional door knocker.

I bought this to put on our gate for Halloween. Figured it would be made of plaster in China. Quality is actually nice. Not sure it would survive being in the weather for an extended time, but after being disappointed several times by other Halloween stuff I’ve ordered I was very happy with this

This door knocker is bad ass and for someone that loves octopuses this is the perfect accent for your place!
