Q: Why does only the back/upper shoulder area feel warm on my blanket?

The blanket is battery powered. To maintain strong heat with limited power, we optimized the heating area to the upper back/shoulders. A larger area would feel weaker under the same power.

Q: What makes Zireot different from other mobile heated blankets?

Zireot uses carbon nanotube far-infrared film, not heating wire. It heats evenly, safer with less hot-spot risk, and is controlled by an intelligent temp chip to prevent overheating.

Q: How do I charge the battery pack?

Use your phone charger. 9V/2A = fastest (about 2 hrs). 5V/2A = about 4 hrs. 5V/1A or computer USB = 7–8 hrs. Check your charger label for the output spec.

Q: Can the blanket work while charging the battery?

No. While charging, the battery cannot power the blanket at the same time. Disconnect the blanket during charging.

Q: Can I use my own portable charger?

Yes. Use QC3.0 9V/2A for best heat performance. 5V/1A batterys will reduce the heat level and overall experience.
