The ropes are off inferior quality, there is a play between rope n pulley n the ropes airways get stuck in the gap between pulley n the channel. Didn't expect this from Bathla. I had to spend another inr 2000 to get the channels and pulley replaced , which is more than the cost of the complete product. Moreover the installation service which i had booked along with the product was cancelled by the service providers n reason given was customer cancelled the service, why will I cancel the service after buying the product. Moreover I spent another Inr 900 on the installation. Totally a loss of Inr 3000 for me. I should have purchased from a local Pull n Dry supplier. I will not recommend this product.

Good product. I need another three sets, but item not available. Please procure and let me know.

Long term usage review. Product quality is fine but poor functionality. The rope is thin so it keeps getting stuck between the pulley and pulley holders. That's a poor design. Its frustrating to fix it everytime if you have high ceiling.

Product is good, BUT DO NOT GO FOR TVS INSTALLATION. They will not come and later cancel your order and will blame you for the cancellation
