It does what it says on the Tin
I had plantar fascitis after a year running outdoors on hard surfaces. I was out on the sidelines as a result . I tried two other products to ease the pain until opting for this. It's done wonders for me. Not only can I walk again but i started running too. A Godsend.

Good support on foot but dig in at ankles leaving indents when removed

Ok but didn't help that much
I have been using these for a will and they haven't helped that much, however I have combined them recently with ones that have arch support and that helps a lot.

It’s a miracle
I call these my religious Miracles, for months walking was painful due to painful arches. Put these on and “hallelujah I can walk again”Comfortable and easily concealed.

to get to fit my size 2/2.5 foot
i reversed the sock so label is toe end now and fits with no turn over or overlap behind toes which i found painful
