Schönes Bild / Gute Reklamationsbehandlung
Habe das Bild bereits 2018 gekauft. Leider löste sich hinten eine Halterung und das Bild fiel im Bad zu Boden und zerbrach.Nach Reklamation und einem angenehmen Schriftverkehr wurde mir ein neues Bild geschickt.Das neue Bild hat stark optimierte Halterungen mit den gleichen Maßen der Bohrlöcher.Somit war es sehr leicht, das Bild wieder an seinem ursprünglichen Platz anzubringen.Nachdem die Klebefläche der Halterung auf der Rückseite nun deutlich größer ist, gehe ich davon aus, dass ich noch lange Spaß an dem Bild haben werden.
