Bought a 2kg tub of the carrot cake flavor, and it's easily the most artificial and unpleasant tasting protein powder I've ever experienced. When opening the tub, the smell is that strong it spreads across the room. For a carrot cake flavor, it tastes nothing like carrot, or cake. It's a struggle to actually eat it daily and I end up forcing it down myself just to get through the tub. Describing the taste exactly is very difficult, because it does not taste organic in the slightest, it's very chemically and not like typical protein powder. Will definitely be avoiding this powder and brand in the future.

Tastes absolutely terrible. Probably the worse flavour I've had so far. However, I can't knock the actual quality of product, it does have great ingredients. But yeah, they really need to sort that flavour out. I wish I was aloud to send it back.

I used to get carrot cake whey protein from per4m which is a really good one, but unfortunately this applied nutrition one is so horrible, the worst taste I ever had, soya protein could be in better taste than this one! I really like that brand Applied Nutrition, but this carrot cake whey protein made me so frustrated!

I've tried lots of different whey protein, Strawberry, Banana and Vanilla all from Applied have been fantastic, so I had high hopes for Carrot Cake. I couldn't have been more wrong, the flavour is awful, it has a hint of vanilla but an overpoweringly pungent all-spice taste, which doesn't leave the mouth for quite some time.

Smelt awful when I opened the container. Thought maybe it'll taste ok when made up. Nope. Tasted like it smelt. Awful
