I have used the ordinary snaps many times with great success but these ones with the flowers are just rubbish, frankly. Every one I applied got mashed - I mean the spike just squished and the snap had to be removed!In the end, I threw away the flower shapes and just used the ordinary round components that were with the pack, and they worked well same as ever.It just means that these are not good value as half the snap outers are useless!

These are beautiful snaps, the only thing is I had trouble putting on with my Prym tools - so make sure you have all the right equipment done. If you cannot get the stem down, you need to manouvre the fabric around or cut a small tip off the top before applying to fabric. This is really dependant on the types of fabric it is used upon.

I was recommended these and the matching pliers by a sewing friend who said they were the best there was. Honestly I’ve used them twice and both times the snaps have either broken whilst being fitted or pulled off the garment very easily. I used five or six pieces each time as they broke whilst fitting. I’m disappointed as thought these would be premium quality for the price.

Disappointed did not have enough of the same colours to match. Wasted quite a few. Used for baby bibs.

Brilliant thank you well worth the money

Had a lot of trouble fitting the fasteners with the faces on. The flat ones were easier. Wasted about six before I got them to fit properly. Then discovered the fasteners are so strong, they are too powerful For the fabric (2 layers of cotton and one of interfacing). After a few uses the fabric is likely to tear. Wouldn’t recommend.
