This is such a great idea for the bigger, heavier water bottles. I have a new 40 oz TAL bottle and this works perfectly. Make sure you have utility scissors, because the straw is really sturdy. Regular scissors won't work.

Works with any size waterbottle and is easily customized. The downside is the topper tends to loosen over time and has to been pressed on occasionally.

I was really happy to see that the straw was easy to cut for my gallon water bottle. It works extremely well.

I use them with double-walled aluminum water bottles with the hole in the top with a screw on cap over the hole. The great thing about these is the rubber bottom on the straw "scrunches up" so the cap screws on, but when you take the cap off, it springs right out. No muss, no fuss. And no having to tip the water bottle up to drink out of it, so no spilling on myself. Great for cleaning as well.
