Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle Mix 680 gm

This product is difficult to find. We love buckwheat pancakes and order them when we travel as a treat. The package arrived on time and in excellent condition. The flavor is excellent. It mixes easily and looks appetizing when stacked on a plate. I would recommend and will purchase again.

I love the Buckwheat pancake mix ! It's delicious and extremely healthy. It's so simple that it makes a wonderful breakfast on Sunday Mornings or a quick midnight snack. I add banana or blueberries for an extra snap.. Buckwheat flour is different texture but its a healthier choice than wheat flour.. You can always count on The Red Mill for quality food.

Delicious pancakes. Nostalgia rush.

I was so happy to find buckwheat mix. I love buckwheat pancakes and haven't had them for years. They are higher in protein than regular flour. And I know Bob's Red Mill sells healthy grains, so I knew it was reliable. The only thing is that I remember the buckwheat taste being stronger when I ate buckwheat pancakes in my younger days. I just don't know if it is the wheat itself or if my tastebuds lost some taste

I buy this product because I can't have regular pancakes. Sugar issues. Now when I make pancakes, I think these taste better than boring old pancakes. I'll buy more products from Bob's Red Mill.
