The seller responded quickly to all questions during the ordering process. The blind operates very quietly and as expected. Be aware that you will need to buy a CR2430 battery for the remote, as the supplier is not allowed to post one with the unit. It took a while to arrive but the supplier made it clear that this would be the case. The end of the motor has a small slot that the wall bracket will need to fit into. I had to modified my existing wall bracket to make it fit the motor.

Great little motor but not the easiest to set up as the instructions are totally useless. They are infact incorrect and you are better off throwing them away and figuring it out yourself.The motor only fits a specific bracket with a lip which is not included unfortunately.The seller was very helpfull however and sent me the required bracket.

Great blind motor, works well

Not the best had been using this now for a while. Instructions not very clear on install.Also for using Alexa with this product it’s not stated you need additional products as a BROADLINK and a android mobile device.As broadlink does not work with Apple devices!So will work with android phones and through broadlink to Alexa.But if you have any other phone such as Apple broadlink is not supported.Unless this seller creates a smart skill app for Alexa but I don’t see that happening

Works really well. Had to modify the included bracket to fit the motor. But still awesome
