Top of the line performance
This card is excellent. Very quiet at full load, runs everything thrown at it, stays cool. Very happy with this purchase although it’s not cheap.

PNY backs their products - 4090 is a GPU Beast
Purchased as an upgrade from a PNY 3090, and the performance is exactly as expected. Games look beautiful and run smoothly. I'm driving a 4k (2160p) 165Hz monitor via DisplayPort, and the 4090 doesn't even sweat while pushing 200+ frames.Be warned that the 4090 is a massive card, and will not fit in many "5" size mid-tower cases (35-40L) but fit nicely in my NZXT H7. I was able to squeeze it into my H510 case for testing by removing the front fans and bracket. After about 2 months of limited use, the GPU stopped functioning and caused power faults in my PSU when plugged in. I reached out to PNY via their support URL, and was immediately contacted via email with a request for photos of the failed GPU and system build information. Upon response, PNY issued a RMA and replaced the failed GPU at no charge.I have trusted PNY for RAM, SSD, and SD cards and had never experienced a failure before, and based on their exceptional customer service with this issue I will continue buying from them.

Quiet and cool
I'm currently running Folding@home and it is 45°C with an 80% GPU load and the fans are running at 30%. Very quiet! When I initially installed it the fans were running too fast and too loud so I adjusted a setting in my motherboard so the fan speed was based on the GPU temperature. (I have an ancient MSI X299 TOMAHAWK motherboard.)I just started to play Cyberpunk 2077 again and because I installed a ton of mods, my old 2080 card was straining badly in the past. Not so with the 4090 which is running without strain. I ran some bitcoin address mining tests and this card is over 5 times as fast as my 2080!

Handles anything I throw at it
**********IMPORTANT*********I strongly advise pairing this with a vertical GPU stand or a GPU support bracket as it is a heavy boy and it is prone to cracking over time. Look up GPU mount cracking repairs. This isn't inherently a problem from PNY or NVIDIA but more of a practical problem with how PC's are setup with a 5lb gpu hanging off of the motherboard.Aside from that it handles everything I throw at it, doesn't get hot, and power consumption is good. I have 7 30mm fans in my mid-ATX case that keep air flow moving and it works great. I would advise putting this into a FULL tower if you're not comfortable with tight squeezes like my mid-size case.I have it paired with 32GB DDR5, an i5-12600k, and an ASUS Prime Z690-P. It's a great setup that I use for gaming, rendering, 3D animation/art, video editing. The only constraint is my processor which I could get more but as of right now it runs everything at ultra at 150+ fps (Raytracing and DLSS3) which is fine for my needs.

Works for a little bit
Amazon mailed this item to me damaged. I used it as the return time had already passed by the time I received all components, opened it, and built my PC. A month after I built it, the GPU failed. It kept losing signal to my monitor and causing my nearly $6K PC to crash repeatedly despite all attempts to fix it. The manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty as Amazon shipped it with multiple damages. I had to fight with nine separate individuals to get my money back. I'd told them I only wanted a replacement. Then came the email that apparently returning 3 items within the 14 yr lifespan of my account was "excessive returns" and my account was being noted. Then, when they finally processed the refund of my money they added a $350 restocking fee. They needed to restock a damaged piece of equipment?!? Seriously, I'm fed up with Amazon.

Excellent card on 750w PSU
I play games and edit videos for YouTube. I wanted to upgrade my graphics card, but didn't want to overhaul my whole system as i have a 750w psu. Previously, i had a 3080. For those in similar situations as me, i find 750w is perfect. Keep in mind, you will need to get an extra cable if you are using an sfx 750w psu like i am. i use the corsair gen 5 12vhpwr 600w cable and have had no problems for a few months now. I pair this 4090 with a 5950x cpu. At 1440p, i get high framerates (130+) on graphic intensive games like ARK survival evolved. Additionally, my temps are low (45 degrees) which makes for a very quiet gpu. I have yet to fame at 4k, but the quiet noise paired with way higher fps already makes it worth it for me. No game has struggled whatsoever. The main usage for me is editing. As for video editing, i use davinci resolve and render times are unbelievably fast. I notice an increase in timeline performance. The price is high, but this is definitely not just a consumer level product. Keep in mind what your own uses will be.

Small enough to use the next x16 slot
I bought this card because it's a 1/8th of an inch wider than the 3090 I purchased, which I placed into a Linux box afterwards. The 3090 allowed me to utilize the next x16 slot and the purchase of this was, while a tight fit, just perfect. There's plenty of head room to allow airflow, it's just an nvme adapter.Aside from that, what caught my eye about this 4090 is that it's very simple looking, a clean design without all of those plastic wavy things to make it appeal to the average gamer. I don't need a bunch of lights and certainly any over-clocking of this card is pretty well useless so an OC, or TI, version is a waste. This is pretty much the reference card it seems, except it has lights which isn't too obnoxious.I purchased another 4090 before this and was considering this one first, but I wanted my card fast and it did come fast, so I opted for something else that does have those wavy things. At this point I wish I had waited and gotten two of these. Those looking to use these cards for SD, on Linux, you'll need cuda 11.8, usually you're working with 11.7 with SD so keep that in mind or you'll only get half your it/s, if that.
