These are not the best quality and the packing is terrible, thrown in a envelope, no bag etc not great at all.

Very disappointed! Ordered 4 packets of balloons, my theme for my party is to have 1 white, 1 silver, 1 black balloon grouped together. This has totally ruined my plan as I only ended up with 5 silver and 15 black balloons. Very unhappy.
