You will get better the more you use it

Not much to it, but is does work. You will need a fair bit of space. Ideal for a quick workout if you can't get to a court.

This is perfect for when you have no-one to practice with. We got it for my son's 9th Birthday and it's fantastic! We're all loving it and improving!

This works reasonably well on a tennis court, but it was no use in my garden because the ball does not bounce back from grass. As a less than competent tennis learner I was looking for something that would enable me to practice forehands and backhands. But, inevitably, for something so cheap and such a simple idea - a tennis ball attached to a long piece of strong elastic - it does not really offer the possibilities I needed. For a very good player with a strong shot it would work, I suppose, as illustrated in the promotional video.

Good training if you can get the technique right.

I tried this in my garden which is mostly grassed, found it didn’t work so good possibly because of how wet the ground is after so much recent rainfall and also possibly due to lack of space. Took it to the local park where there is a hard court and found it worked so much better. I’m of a very limited sport and agility level but found it enjoyable and fun even with my limited capabilities.
