The charger works great! The tech support not so much!
The charger performs very well, exactly as advertised. I wanted a smart charger and this one is definitely intelligent, it charges my golf cart batteries perfectly and keeps them balanced. For those of unfamiliar with choosing your battery mode setting simply find your battery manufacturer charging guideline and set the mode switches to the mode settings chart listed on DPI’s website that matches your batteries. As for DPI’s tech support, I could not get through to them nor did they reply to my messages. I only had a couple of simple questions but everything is working fine and hopefully will continue to be!
