I absolutely love this product. I started using it last year out of sheer curiosity, and I can honestly say it genuinely does what it says on the bottle. I have long, thick hair that tangles easily and gets dry on the ends, with quite a bit of frizz from the dryness. This lamellar water makes my hair so smooth and shiny. Combing through my hair is now effortless, and I can actually feel how silky it is when I apply conditioner afterward. My hair stays sleek and shiny throughout the day, and the frizz is noticeably minimised. How I use it: I follow the recommended order. Shampoo as usual, gently squeeze out excess water, then apply 1-2 doses to my mid-lengths and ends. I massage it in for 10-15 seconds (it works into a light lather), rinse thoroughly, then follow with conditioner. I use Garnier Ultimate Blends shampoo and conditioner, and this fits perfectly into that routine. When I massage the lamellar water in, I can literally feel my hair detangling under my fingers. There’s also a warming sensation, which is completely normal! This happens because of the way the ingredients (ethanol from denatured alcohol and propylene glycol) react with water. Don’t panic if you feel your hair heating up the first time, it just means it’s working. I’m really into hair care and always trying to look after my hair properly, so I don’t recommend products lightly. This one genuinely works, and I wouldn’t rave about it if I didn’t believe in it. One small heads-up: Because of the ingredients, if you have any cuts on your hands such as cat scratches, paper cuts, bitten cuticles, anything like that, it can sting a bit. Just something to be aware of from personal experience! All in all, I absolutely recommend this if you want smooth, sleek, manageable hair. I have really thick hair that tends to lean towards the dry side and always goes fluffy after washing. I have only tried the banana so far as it smells so lush I can’t bring myself to try another scent in case I don’t like it as much. This leaves my hair super shiny and conditioned and removes the thick puff I tend to be left with after blow drying. It’s a product that really does what it claims on the bottle. I’ve subscribed to this on Amazon and I will use it forever.

Edit - while the headline and images should put you off, the product itself is actually fine. The material is crystallised particles, likely from having sat in a cold warehouse (thank you amazon). The remedy, is to simply shake "vigorously" and keep in a warm room until they dissipate. The product has now been used and the smell is fine, and my hair feels very soft. Anyone concerned with their bottle should check the batch codes found on the back to make sure it really isn't something gross.

Beautiful smelling product for the hair. Easy to use but you have to be quick putting onto your hair as it's very runny. I haven't personally noticed the difference to my hair but it's worth a try.
