Fabulous build quality at an affordable price. Shopped for months at local office supply stores and similarly priced items appeared cheap — thinner metal — in comparison. They all arrived dented and I had to go through the hassle of returning them. But these cabinets are perfect! Draws move smoothly and unit doesn’t tip when the draw is full and completely extended. Nice locks and it comes with casters if you want to a mobile cabinet. So other than opting to put on wheels there’s no assembly required. Love the rounded corners, gives it a nice modern look and the finish is smooth and flawless The file cabinet arrived on time and was extremely well packed - no dents or scratches. Great product and I highly recommend Laura Davidson products.

Excellent, solid file cabinet, that also looks great. Sometimes you just have to spend more to get more, and after looking at all the cheaper file cabinets and all the problems they came with, I was glad to come across this one. Fits under my desk perfectly, drawers slide smoothly, and the legs were easy to swap out with the casters provided. Totally worth it. Five stars.

Really well made. Surprisingly heavy and sturdy and looks good. No real assembly as it came built with the wheels inside the drawer.

Nice quality. Fully assembled and packed really well. Drawers roll nice and are well aligned. Lock seems quality. Nice styling with the rounded edges without losing any space. Appreciate it comes with both feet and rollers. Great size to fit standard letter or legal hangers.

A little pricy, but you get what you pay for. The cabinet is of solid quality, not thin-walled like other cheaper cabinets. The drawers pull all the way out so you can get to files in the back. The locking mechanism is solid and secure. The only negative I have is the use of styrofoam packing inserts. They make such a mess when breaking down. Cardboard or a heavy packing material would be so much better. I highly recommend this cabinet.

Looks great and is a quality item. It is sturdy and looks much nicer than those standard cabinets that are so plain. Comes fully assembled. Has either wheels are stationary feet. Definitely would recommend.

this is a very sturdy file cabinet. The rounded metal design I think will hold up much better than traditional squared off corners. This does make for a very appealing look which is one of the reasons I bought it. Also a little bit safer if you have kids running around. It does look very nice I would be happy to put this most anywhere. My problem is the woodgrain on the one I ordered. First, its not actually wood. I was fooled and thought the front was a wooden panel. Its a just a metal drawer with what looks like a wood paint finish. it still looks fine, I just really like actual wood. Secondly, that wood finish is a shade or two lighter to me than what is shown in the pictures. Not so far off that I would send it back but enough that it doesn't match the wooden desk I put it under as close as I would have liked. I was willing to pay the price because I thought it had actually wood panels on it. Without the wood panels I am not sure the price is worth it. That being said I do think it is a superior product to the cheaper options and without a middle option I am willing ot keep it. Again, back to the sturdiness, it does look like it will stand the test of time (time will tell) and if it does then the price is worth it. It comes with static feet installed and wheels that can be replaced for that static feet if you want it to be mobile. Currently i have left the static feet on and will consider the wheels as a possibility later. It comes with built in lock and 2 keys. The keys and lock works smoothly and like they should. The drawers have the standard safety mechanism only allowing 1 drawer to be open at a time. The cabinet seems to be well weighted at the bottom. These 2 things should prevent most accidental tip overs. Honestly, I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, the pros ffar out way the cons. Pros: - Very sturdy - very nice looking drawers. - no setup necessary if you don't want the wheels on it, works right out of the box. - drawers fit letter size folders one way and legal size folders the other way. I used both so this is a nice feature. - drawers and locks operate smoothly and properly. - Anti-tilt safety on drawers. Cons - Woodgrain shade might not match what you see on screen. - Price is a little high in my opinion.

Packed in heavy cardboard box plus 2" styrofoam around the whole file cabinet and soft cardboard around edges of drawers. Best packing I've ever seen. Perfect condition! Drawers slide easily. Wheels are easy to attach if desired. So attractive!! File folders hang straight!!
