Everything in life needs a little oil. Krill oil is said to be better than fish oil or cod-liver oil. We take them daily (not that we see any specific difference) to just keep the body tuned up. They are easy to swallow and don't have an overpowering smell. If you're taking an oil supplement or think you should, these should do the trick.
