This lovely Sew Sassy pincushion, made from my own original design, measures 4" x 4" x 2" and is filled with crushed walnut shells for weight and stability. (Please let me know if a non-allergenic pincushion filling is desired.) This pincushion sits firmly on the works surface and the natural oils in the crushed walnut shells lubricate your pins and needles. Made from 10 different coordinating fabrics, the pincushion top is paper pieced, topped by a bias cut fabric rosette and finished with an exquiset vintage pewter/silver colored mirror backed button from my collection. Button may vary slightly from the one pictured but the overall look will be essentially the same. This item would make a beautiful and practical gift for those that enjoy doing any sort of needlework such as sewing, quilting, needlepoint, embroidery, etc. I use only name brand quilters quality 100% cotton for my creations. Props in photos are not included. Made with meticulous attention to detail in my smoke free home.
