Good product
I’ve had success with glucosamine chongroitin for 20 yrs, I can tell a difference when I Miss taking a dose. My Ortho Dr is indifferent — I FEEL better using this supplement, losing weight also would be a plus , but this product helps my knees a lot

Who Would of Thought..
This product is, by far (with the stated ingredients),is the best I've ever used, that actually works! Not just this brand, others also, but this product. I wouldn't be able to walk far without it. I'm sure it's also benefitting all the other joints in my body also.Must keep in mind that results won't show overnight... may take 3 or 4 weeks, did with me anyway. ( one day I just realized the pain was gone), I went without it for about month or so once, and the pain came back, it works, hope this helps.
