4 x 3" Bolt Down Bolt Grip Fence Supports - 75MM Post Timber Holder Like Metpost

Bought 4 of these and installed by bolting into an existing post foundation where the post had snapped. Had to lay fresh concrete to create a level based but predrilled the existing concrete before hand to ensure the plate was positioned precisely where it should be. Now installed they give a solid base and with a durable plastic coating I am hoping will pass the test of time. It's less work than digging out or trying to pull out the old post (which never works for me), but still takes time to ensure the positioning is precise. Bonus is when the post next snaps I should be able to slide out the broken post and slot in a new one, and/or if the plate itself rusts away it's four bolts to take it off and replace - easy.PS Bought these from OnlineRetailers, who have excellent customer service and dealt with my enquiry swiftly.

Much more heavy duty and sturdy than I was expecting. Used to fix fence posts to the decking in order to build a pergola and did the job perfectly. Excellent price and excellent product, would highly recommend.

Does what it say says Good value

These are very well made, however, one of the corners on the base plate was slightly bend, someone must have dropped them, no biggy though, it straightened out when I bolted them down.

Very reasonable price and as good as the ones sold in DIY stores. Seem well made. No problems - will order more when needed.

Just what I needed to bolt down the uprights of a new shed. 3”x3” posts fit snugly. Solid construction.

They are so good and held the post strong I got another pack so I could extend the fence further down the wall. I also recieved them very fast too.So I would definitely recommend them.
