Bought these to replace my old Berghaus Ortholite insoles which are very worn (see photo). I am flat footed, have small ankles and bunions on both feet. I need the replacement insoles to also offer good arch support and foot cushioning.Trimming the new Scholl insoles is straight forward using the old insole as a template (as advised). The new insoles fit well inside my walking boots. I like the cushioning in and cupping around my ankles.I found the firm gel pad in the new Scholl insoles a little hard and the ball of my feet could do with a bit more cushioning. To resolve this, I first line my walking boots with another pair of gel insole (see photo) and then put the newly trimmed Scholl insoles on top. This is now perfect. I can feel my feet supported and am looking forward to the next hike.

Currently suffering with a Morton’s Neurona and unable to put much weight through the ball of my right foot. These were a good fit for my trainers and once trimmed down to fit exactly, were very very comfortable.I have since ordered another pair.

I expected these insoles to be much softer/bouncier and they have a hard plastic bit in the middle. Very difficult to get into the boots as the gel bit sticks to it and I had a job to get the insole right down to the toe.I don’t like the plastic feel of the topside either, ok with socks. Nice and comfortable in my slippers, but I can’t see they will help much. Time will tell I suppose.

Brought these for my mum to use in the work shoes as she is on her feet for 10 hours plus a day 5 days a week. She loves them have re order again since 1st buying these.

I always struggled with long hikes because my foot soles would get super painful. This time a friend recommended getting these and they did the trick. I did a few long hikes on my last holidays and was really pleased with the results.They come with cut marks if you need to get them smaller, but I didn’t need it. I was concerned about the arch support because it seemed hard at first glance, but it wasn’t an issue at all.
