Good repair tape for shed
Used to add protection to the ridge of my shed roof. Easy to apply. I cut it to length then folded it in half lengthways to make sure it lined up properly then peeled the backing off as I went along the roof, pressing it onto the roofing felt. Gave a very nice finish and appears to have stuck well, although it has only been a few weeks. The only issue I had was to make sure that the backing tape was fully removed as I went along, as it had a tendency to tear diagonally, requiring me to lift the tape where it hadn't stuck fully. When the remains of the backing tape were removed it stuck very well. I liked the finish on the roof so added a strip of the tape to the bottom row of the shed walls, where the shed had started to rot a little and gave another excellent finish. I should add that my shed is a grey finish and the tape looked really good on it.

It's very easy to work with and its tottaly waterproof.I highly recommend this product and I will buy it again.

Good but needs heating
Seems to be working ok but this weather I had to heat the band when putting it on so as to get a strong adhesion.

Hopeless, didnt stick at all
Completely useless, couldnt get it to stick at all, didnt seem to be sticky.Ended up throwing it away, complete waste of my time

Best used on a hot day
Used it to repair my shed roof. Worked so well I used the rest for preventive maintenance. Easy and better to apply on a warm sunny day pressed down with a paint scraper. Wish I'd used it when the shed was new, it would have lasted better.

Short term, temporary, not very tacky.
Arrived in good time.Having completed my main project, EPDM covering of conservatory, I needed to have a Plan B.Time is not always with you so Plan B is temporary flashing to provide an overnight waterproof seal.This is why I purchased this and I think it needs to be more tacky as sticking power seemed to sufficient but my confidence in the product is low.Only just sticky enough, barely adhered to brickwork, making it easy to remove and reset it.Product was in the house , so not cold. Outside it was pliable but not very tacky. Thought about warming it up more but decided against it.As it is temporary, I’m not too bothered but I would be surprised if this would last any length of time. I’m making use of permanent flashing,a lead alternative flashing, for long-term weathering.Next day....yesterday’s pieces easily removed from wall with little effort. This stuff has not bonded at all to the brickwork.Later in the day.....sun was shining and warmth absorbed by the the black tar like goo , now it is getting sticky. It definitely needs warmer temperatures to be of any use. Sticking to felt and rubber far better.
