I bought this one to replace my previous unit that was borrowed by a friend and never returned. He liked it as much as I did! You just take three wires insert one in each hold and spin with your drill. It twists them together and strips them at the same time. If you're doing any sort of wiring project with Romex you really should add this as it will save you a bunch of time and ease vs. doing the same job with pliers! This quality is fine for what it is and from my uses will probably last a lifetime!

If you're doing a lot of wire splicing this thing is going to save your fingers. Just make sure your drill speed is set appropriately so you don't get carried away on the wire spin.I can't believe I hadn't thought of such a thing myself. It's sturdily built and a great value for the price.

An inexpensive item, not very useful.

Not worth a crap. They do not work as advertised. Tried a lot of different wires and each time it failed to pull off insulation off at least one wire and cut one of others.
