The herbs get caught up in the unit and not the easiest to get out.

Wast of money
It does not cut well. Will not cut through stems and the leaves of the herbs get caught between blades so it does not cut them up fine. A knife works faster and easier.

Purchased these for a dual purpose...also for old fashioned homemade noodles .... as a cutter! LOVE them!
