This is marvellous product. In an age of flimsy yet often expensive bags and cases made of vulnerable and cheap man-made materials, this case is the antidote.The leather is very thick, smells lovely, correct and natural, and the design is rugged elegant and practical. I am delighted that the manufacturers elected to use a clever fastener, that incorporates both a buckle and quick release fastener. This means you can use the buckles to adjust the strap lengths, but the fasteners to quickly open and close the case.Inside is lined with a lovely canvass, in a complimentary colour, plus there are lots of sections and pockets. The two pockets on the front are very generous, and the zipped pouch on the back means you don't have to open the case when in a hurry.This case is a lovely piece of traditional workmanship, and top notch natural materials, at home equally in the bush or the boardroom. All this at this price point is amazing. Should last forever if you feed the leather every now and then, and will patinate beautifully.

I was looking for a leather laptop / work bag and after trawling through many options I went for this KomalC. It really is great value for the money with similar bags costing a great deal more. The look is on point being both classy and retro in one. The metal fittings appear to be very robust and finish beatifully with clever quick release buckle catches on the two front pockets. The leather is very thick and inspires longevity. The shoulder strap is very long with plenty of adjustment available which is good. If there is a very minor issue is in the interior pockets seem randomly sized and not specific for certain items like a phone and what I guess is the one for pens is too deep to put the pen in without clipping to the top of the pocket otherwise you have to squeeze the pen our like you would toothpaste from a near empty tube. Overall I would highly recomment this bag before you go wasting your money on much more expensive option of similar design. You will not be dissapointed.

Fantastic bag, very well made, great care taken in packaging and a fantastic customer experience. The bag is genuine leather and looks great. I'd read positive reviews and so was expecting good things but when it turned up it exceeded my expectations. It's a lovely bag, perfect size for me 15" laptop and with enough room to carry other items such as tablet, lunch, water bottle, etc. I'm so pleased with it and can see that care has been taken when making it and also packaging it. Well wrapped and just a fantastic product. I would recommend this for anyone thinking of buying this, I'd be amazed if you were disappointed. I'm sure you won't and am sure you'll be as pleased as I am.

I don't normally bother leaving ratings but felt I had to for this excellent bag. From the moment you open the packaging and smell the leather it turns out to be a high quality product. It's extremely well made, bindings and fittings are all very secure and the leather supple. The inside is divided into three compartments, and my iPad Pro fits easily with space to spare. I tend to wear the bag draped over one shoulder rather than across my body, and I've found that I need to hitch it up less than I had to with other bags as the strap sits very comfortably on the shoulder. The only downside for me is the type of fastenings for the flap, but that's purely personal preference as the fastenings are perfectly secure. In fact they're probably more secure than I'm used to. I'm just lazy and prefer pulling apart magnets to open things. I've been using the bag for a few days and would say that overall the bag is definitely 5 star.June 2024 update6 years of daily use carrying a laptop and iPad Pro into the office and the bag’s still in great shape as the photos show. Living in a damp climate I treated the bag with beeswax to waterproof it and it’s worn very well. The only problem I had was when one of the hooks on the strap snapped, probably due to the weight I tend to carry in the bag, and I had to buy a replacement strap. Still rate this as 5 stars.

This bag is absolutely stunning - exactly what I was looking for - a classic satchel with a weathered finish. The leather is fabulous - substantial but pliable and it is fully lined inside with a durable colour matched fabric, with extra padding for a laptop and other quality touches like a leather trim on the internal fabric pockets and the velcro security strap.The brass hardware is also matched to the distressed leather patina perfectly - not too shiny - and there are hidden latches under the front feature buckles to allow you to secure the bag quickly and easily without the faff of constantly strapping and unstrapping the buckles.Finally, it came packaged meticulously, with real care taken over every detail to make sure it arrived perfect.Altogether a really classy item - delighted!

I needed a replacement case for my laptop and accessories.The bag is, as the other reviewers have said made from good quality leather.I’d have given it four stars but for a few niggles.1) the width of the bag isn’t wide enough to take an A4 file without it bending. So, any paperwork tends to get tatty quickly due to the size restriction and because the bag doesn’t hold its form well as the leather is so soft.This shouldn’t be an issue to anyone who doesn’t carry paperwork.2) The fasteners aren’t great. You can use the buckles or the hidden snap clasps. The pins on the buckles are cheap and sharp.I’ve only used this for a few weeks but I’m already on the lookout for a replacement.It’s perhaps ideal as a laptop only bag but insufficient for using as anything more.
