I thought it worked great. Didn’t hurt my stomach. I was never uncomfortable. I did about 11 days and had to stop because (TMI) I started that time of the month and it was too much to add to it. So I’d recommend timing it in between. Definitely doing it again.

This product is wonderful but there's no way that you could use it for a 14 day cleanse because it is strong. Definitely would buy again but after a few days of taking it, I became crampy. Be forewarned LOL

I used this product for the past three days and all I can say is IT WORKS great as a cleanse. I had to scale back to one pill an evening because two pills gave me unfavorable cramping the next morning. Since, I started taking one pill its been a smooth move. I would recommend.

Good, not great results but NO drama or trauma.

This gave me sudden feelings of needing to go to the bathroom right away and after about 5 days it was diarrhea. I’ve done other cleansing before that never gave me the sudden urge to go and diarrhea. I would not buy again but it did make me go.

I am loving these capsules! I take 1 in the morning and one at night. They have been relieving chronic constipation, reduced bloating and just all around swelling and puffiness feeling. I feel lighter and just all around in better health after taking these capsules for a few days now. My stomach is flatter! I've lost 2 lbs so far and i've only been taking them 3 days. i would definitely recommend these capsules if you are in the market. They've been easy on my system and worked quickly.

This product is awesome, it really works if your're constipated if not the first time you take it the second time for sure. I have more energy throughout the day and since it's so important to clean out your system I will keep a supply of this for sure
