Great for making microwave low carb flax crackers ...2 tbsp. flax flour1 tbsp flax seed1/2 tsp coconut flour1/2 tsp mixed herbs2 tbsp watermix all together and then flatten with a fork until you have a flat disc (the thinner the better). Microwave for approx. 2.5 to 4.0 mins depending on microwave settings and hey presto a lovely cracker to go with some cheese.

Great product
I use this for making low-carb bread, and it's ideal - very finely milled and tastes great when baked. It's not cheap.
