This oils is very slippery. It seems to be good stuff. It shows how effect transdermal (topicaL) applications can be when it warns not to use more than 5ml a day! Magnesium is good for the heart - if you like Alcohol then you are probably low in Magnesium (The liver will flush it out) - so worth a purchase. Also helps the aches after a hard days gardening. Really an all round tonic form the Ancient Zechstein Sea (Which once covered North Poland - across to Denmark). This is sourced from Holland but the writing on the back is all in Russian. However there is a printed leaflet included.
