Absolutely tiny capsules. So easy to swallow. These probiotics are absolutely incredible. I first tried acidophilus probiotics which triggered a massive histamine reaction for me. Back then I had no idea I was suffering from histamine issues so I went on to try other various probiotics like bio kult and Holland and barret probiotics. Those were a massive NO!!!I then discovered histamine friendly probiotics from seeking health. These made my head feel a little clearer and made me less gassy. The effects were temporary however and my constant fatigue, poor digestion still continued.I got diagnosed with SIBO and Candida using stool testing and breath tests.I read Amy Myers saying that soil based probiotics are ok for histamine intolerance.Having read that soil based probiotics may release lactic... something I was terrified of trying them because I know that's what the acidophilus strain released and I couldn't breathe after it, same with other strains in common Probiotics.But I decided to give it a shot since the price was very cheap for the Physis one and I thought if all failed I'd put them in the bin.I kept putting it off for months.I cannot explain to you how happy I am to have tried them.I am now re purchasing my second box.They are helping immensely with my brain fog, GAS!!!, and there's no bloating.I have been diagnosed with depression after SIBO and when I take these, my depression seems to improve ? I know there's a link between the gut and brain but it's insane how much of a difference these are making for me so far. I have also recently gone on to buy another brand of spore probiotics containing subtilis and clausi only + I'm pairing them with these. They work tremendously together.For those suffering from histamine issues I recommend looking at:Toxaprevent- this was the first thing that I found that helped me. You must incorporate a low histamine diet too. DAO enzymes didn't do much for me personally.For Brain Fog: NAC was my lifesaver.For my depression: I've been put on a antidepressanrs but st John Worts x3 daily does the trick.FOR CANDIDA: lactoferrin (ailness brand contains no lactose as I'm sensitive to dairy) ALONGSIDE THESE PROBIOTICS!!!MY TEETH ARE WHITENING AND MY DIGESTION IS IMPROVING.So far I have took these for 3 weeks. I take 3 daily with carb heavy meals, as it says 500 million per capsule and many spore supplements contain 3 billion of them per capsule.Already ordered second pack lol.I have tried multiple supplements, ordered everything from camu camu fruit powders, spirulina powders, oregano oil, garlic capsules (couldn't handle those as I'm too sensitive and my stomach was aching like mad).I have been diagnosed with reactive arthritis and my body reacts VERY badly to any immune- boosting herbs like berberine, olive leaf, echinachea etc that are good for candida and sibo.For anyone reading this with an autoimmune disorder or sensitive body, I wish you well. And please give these a try. Especially if dealing with Candida. They are working tremendously for me. I feel these have made a difference mainly to my bowel movements, I am not so constipated so must be working on my gut health. However, the last order I received the sealed part under the cap was not sealed and was open so made me weary about taking the tablets. I have been in touch with amazon and they accepted a return with no quibble. This means I will not be able to take the probiotics now until I receive another tub so hopefully will not impact my body in a negative way now after taking them every night for the last 6 months

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now, and it does help with irregularity for the most part, and it does the trick as a probiotic. However, I still do have other digestive problems but I can't expect this to fix everything. I like it because it survives the stomach acid so you can at least have some confidence that the bacteria are reaching the intestines.

I am really satisfied with these tablets..really small, easy to swallow and great price :) I been taking them for about a month now and have already noted a really big difference in how my gut and bowel feel. I have been searching for a long time for something healthier to sort out my gut and swollen tummy and these tablets seem to be the key. My IBS pain has eased considerably also which is great. I will definitely buy these again.

I started these pills a month ago and felt terrible benefits after just a 1 week. I take once a day in the morning.I have been suffering from extreme fatigue due to Ankylosing spondylitis pain. My inflammation has gone down and I am able to do this around the house again. My house has never looked so tidy. Not only that but I am slowly and steadily loosing weight (a happy side effect! Lol) and I also have far less brain fog. This stuff is legit amazing and I will recommend them to anyone I speak to. Xx

Knowing friendly bacteria to help in so many ways, I had high hopes for this. First few days were good. Helped bowels to return to normal. But after approx 9 days started to put on weight in a big way. It needs a health warning on it!

Pills are very small, easy to swallow.I bought it after I had scalp hair test done and it highlighted low levels of this probiotic.I have taken it for a month now, don't feel any different... maybe too early to say.

I found these tablets very helpful. Super small and easy to take and worked quickly. Certainly helped with my digestion and shall we say the passage of food through my system.
