11+ Practice Papers, Maths Pack 2 (Multiple Choice): Maths Test 5, Maths Test 6, Maths Test 7, Maths Test 8 (The Official 11+ Practice Papers) Pamphlet – 1 Feb. 2011

Although the GL is a bespoke paper the fact that these are created by the GL assessment company made me feel happier and more content. Obviously the layout of the real paper is different, however I feel that these provide kids with the opportunity to better prepare themselves for this style of exam including the completion of an OMR. When you look on-line the sample GL assessment questions are lifted directly from this pack. They are tough so I don't think I would ever start with these papers but would keep them and use them in the last two or three months. I would definitely buy both sets and I would buy the English too! Take care when buying set 1 to buy the multiple choice set! If they make more before my daughter does it I will buy those too!

As recommended by the School these are a continuation of the first set. I copied the answer sheets as there is only one answer booklet so without doing this you only get one attempt. Would be better with more answer sheets for extra goes!

For the region I am in GL Assessment is the choice for practice papers. This pack contains four different maths multiple choice papers, 5, 6, 7 & 8. It's a simple continuation from the first pack. They don't get harder, it's just a set of different questions so that all styles are covered. You also get the answer sheets and a parent/teacher guide with help and advice.

In Test 7, 2 questions were missing. There were tables but no informations on them so impossible to answer.

Bought this in preparation for the 11+ in September. Although my daughter sighs a lot when I get her to do them, I think they are a really great tool for getting used to the timings / expectations of the test. Great stuff.

Pleased with these papers as although the types of maths problems never really changes, the wording of the questions does and these papers had some tricky ones. Forewarned is forearmed!

Two of my sons used this book and they passed the Kent test.

These are very good. However, I later discovered there are kosha websites that allow you to print off free 11+ test papers. So before you spend a lot of money on the above papers, search the web.
