grip is wonderful, and so ergonomic
Came packaged as would in the shop in a plastic casing. The quality of the pen itself is lovely, really smooth writing, grip is wonderful, and so ergonomic, and the feel of the plastic the pen is made of is lovely, and not slippery at all.

Heads-up for Slow Writers
I've used the Safari fountain pens for a while, and decided to give the rollerball a try on whim. As always, the style and grip are fantastic. Unfortunately, I'm a bit of a slow writer, and the ink from the rollerball version of the Safari bleeds like nothing else I've ever used; all the way through a sheet of 80g/m/m paper, which made the back of the page unusable. That said, I gave it to a colleague that swears she'll never use anything else. Different strokes, I suppose - back to the fountain pen for me!

Durable and better for the environment than single use
My son loves this pen. He’s enjoying writing much more with a pen he doesn’t have to press hard to use and he can hold it easily. It’s a durable pen and looks great. Such a bonus to be able to keep it and just get refills. We hate throwing out all those single use pens! My daughter and I have fountain pens by Lamy which I highly recommend. We refill those with ink from a bottle. They don’t work for my son so this is the next best choice for comfort, durability, and sparing our earth all that plastic thrown away. In my experience, Lamy pens last many years.

Yep, great pen
It feels classy. Obviously it’s made of plastic, but it’s that old school heavy, almost velvety plastic you find inlaid in classic guitars. It’s really nice to hold.
