Expensive for Something that didn't last
Works great but is very expensive for this little fan that only lasted not even 2 months.

Stopped working after 3 mths
Don’t waste your money on this garbage. I purchased it in June received it June 15. It is now September 29 and it doesn’t work. Of course I can’t return it because it’s past the window. Save your money find something better. Seller was very good with refunding.

It works well, and the seller is very persistent at making things right
The system includes a long power lead from the solar panel to the fan. The lead out of the fan is very short, maybe a foot long, and the on/off switch is in-line with that. This means that in order to switch the fan on or off, you must be within reach of the fan itself. There is no putting this near the ceiling of a garage or tall shed unless you make other means for turning it on and off. I made an extension for the wiring to bring the disconnect in reach. I'm sure you could order a similar extension here on Amazon. To those who might think, "well, I'll just hang it upside down", no. The exit door/ air flap is closed by gravity and opened via airflow. Hung upside down, the air flap would be permanently open, and would probably even redirect rainwater into the structure.Update: I finished the install and I'm a bit happier with it today. With the solar panel on the roof of the shed it's getting good sunlight and good airflow throughout the day. Even with a bit of overcast it seems to do OK.Update 2: The seller contacted me 3 times before I responded, and offered to send me a replacement fan which arrived today. I don't know if the new fan is any better (it looks the same) but 5 stars for being a stellar seller.

Excellent shed solar fan
This fan unit is real easy to install. The solar panel does not come with any mounting bracket so ingenuity must prevail. Overall, the fan works as described. I am very pleased with its functionality.
