After ordering it 10 years ago, I always told people how well it worked. This time it didn't work at all - quite disappointed, because it's not cheap. Did they change the formula?

After buying these once at a shoe store, I never went back to using any other product. My shoes don't smell and my feet don't, either, and a single capful lasts a long time, enough for the price to be worth it. Must be some strong stuff.
