literally a lifesaver
My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic, thus completely dependent on insulin. I bought two of these for him to take on an extended trip and they were literally a lifesaver! They worked great, made his pens and pump reservoirs easy to carry and took the worry and stress out of how to keep his insulin cold. No problems at the airport and the USB and car adapters came in handy as well!

Handy device works well
I was very pleased with this battery powered portable refrigerator on my recent trip. I fully charged the battery, I took an extra fully charged battery and also took a rechargeable pack. Each battery lasted about 8 hours. It also has car charger, so you can keep it charged when traveling. Excellent if you need to take medications that require refrigeration.

Too Small and the temperture does not quite get "low" enought
But so far, so good on sound and "close" to cooling at the desired temp. . It is quiet but too small inside. As a diabetic, I need 2 bottles of different kinds of Insulin and a "Pen" for a third type. It barely fits and makes it hard to remove the vials. The absolutely worse feature is the "open" button. The only way to open is by picking the entire unit up, requiring both hands to "press" the "non-button button", as it is almost impossible to "press". You will have a tendency to drop the unit trying to get it open. There are multiple ways they could have made it better for Seniors and the young but made it "cutesy" instead and none functional . It was designed by someone that never had to use it.

Works OK, but doesn't get cold enough
I have bought 3 of these. One of them (which I have discarded) never got colder than 21C. The other two get down to 12C or so, which is cold enough for what I need. There is no way it could get down to 8C, let alone 2C. I use them with room temperatures of about 21-24C (69 to 75F). If I set the temperature dial to 2C, the fan makes incredibly loud noises in its attempts to get that cold, trying to push colder than the 12C barrier. If only one of them didn't get cold enough I might think that was a fluke. But all 3 of them were unable to get cold enough.I measure temperatures with a $200 Fluke lab-grade infrared thermometer. It tells the truth.

Great overall
Love this mini fridge. I have a diabetic dog and travel between San Diego and Los Angeles. Being able to run off battery alone, or a power source via car charger, or wall plug in. It’s really made us able to be a lot more mobile. Keeps temp great and comes with a travel bag plus extra battery.

Does not get to low enough temperatures for medicine
Does not hold temperature below 55 degrees.

Keeps temp. Two batteries for backup.
Works well. Easy to use. You can plug it in or use battery. It has two batteries so you always have a backup. Only drawback is that it only fits 2 of my diabetes injection pens. I use Victoza and Tojeo. Once you put one of each of those in that’s all you can fit. So plan well!

Works as it should
We used for pen insulin storage on a long driving vacation. Kept it cold but not freezing so didn't ruin and could get the full 30 days out of the next unopened pens. Worked as it should in the car and easy access. Scorching heat in Arizona, kept the insulin cool. Easy to carry into hotels.
