The cat loves it!
Was a bit worried when it arrived as it looked quite snug / small. I have a large cat, 5kg, and he loves to be outside, his last cat kennel was much loved by him but rotted after a few years. I also added the made to fit mat which did make it a bit more snug but fits well.I put it out in the usual place expecting him to ignore it for a few months but to my delight he used it first night and appears to love it as he is in it most day. We live in an exposed setting and the recent storms haven't caused any problems, it didn't move in the wind and is still dry and snug. It's not the cheapest but the quality appear good and I expect it will last longer than wooden types and is easy to clean.

Brilliant!
Cannot praise enough: brilliant design for sturdiness and weatherproof. My cat would not go near it for 6 months. Seemed I’d sited it wrongly. I put it at the bottom of small garden, so gave good view of garden and back of the house. However many treats or catmint I put in the KatDen, she would not use it.Then I moved it to within 3 yards of the house back door, and she now loves it. She is happy to sit/sleep in it, for hours, even when it is raining, rather than come in the house. It is great for me to know she will always have shelter. The shape of it means the rain can’t get in it.Cat and I are delighted with it.

Looks good
I bought this for my big black 13 year old cat. She had a wooden kennel with a basket in it which was pretty rotten so wanted I wanted to tidy it all up. The is a sturdy, good looking cat shelter - she looked at it when it arrived and then that evening was in it. I’ve had it about a month and she uses it daily and overnight - it is a snug fit as other have said but she has a couple of blankets in it and if she wants a decent sleep she has a back to the outside and face at the back. My favourite part is the decent sized ‘porch’ area - so she doesn’t get wet in the rain. Would recommend but check you’re happy with the dimensions.

Great cat shelter
Great shelter for outdoors, I have a stray cat who uses it, needs lining, and insulation in cold weather, but keeps the cat away from rain and wind.If it was already insulated it would be perfect.

Should - in theory - do the job nicely! 🤔
This product is very substantial and sturdy, also a nice size. It is big enough for our big cat Dion to fit inside, as you will see from the attached photo. He weighs 5.6Kg and looks very happy inside, but here's the thing: he's been in it only once more, and none of our other three cats have the slightest interest! Typical of cats, of course, but perhaps moving the two 'Mr Snugs' to a different location where the cats like to lounge might do the trick.Trying our best to think like a cat, but is that possible? Ha ha.Currently, we have just towels inside, but when the colder weather comes, we have two of those 'self-warming' blankets to put in.Incidentally, Dion is named after my all-time Rock 'n' Roll hero, Dion DiMucci! Hope he brings a smile to your faces. Quiet and gentle Darcy our black cat is sitting in front. We love 'em all to bits, bless 'em!All in all, a highly-recommended product which offers excellent protection against wind and rain. I very much like the generous overhang at the entrance, good engineering. You will see I have the two houses raised on bricks, which I feel will offer a little more anti-damp protection underneath, but they are also very good standing on the ground on their own.

Cosy and inviting
Our cats like to sit outside during the day and watch the world go by. They already have a reasonable large kennel which they'll take turns in, holding their bladders so they don't have to give up their spot. This seemed a useful addition and faired best in the reviews. So far two of our cats have spent some time sat/laid inside. Our cat in the pics is tiny so has plenty of room, another who is pretty big has also spent quite a bit of time in it. The final pic is of our stray who has a cosy home in our shed, he's a big cat so might be a squeeze should he wish to take up residence.Impressions so far after 4 or 5 weeks. It's certainly well constructed and sturdy, it looks to be a very hard-wearing material which bodes well. It has a decent weight to it so it's not going to be easily moved by wind or cats climbing in or out. I've mounted it up on some concrete to help their view and it doesn't budge from its spot. There's a good sized recess on the front to keep even the worst of the elements out. I felt it offered quite a small sleeping space but then cats can curl up into small spaces and that's often where they seem most comfortable. I thought it might be too small for our chunky girl who is a British Blue, so a big cat, but she's been curled up asleep inside.Due to the way this has been moulded, the floor has 3 or 4 distinct ridges which probably wouldn't bother a cat too much. Whilst the weather is good I've velcro'd in some cardboard to create a level and because our cats seem to love laying on cardboard. It'll probably help if there is any condensation. It was a little awkward to fit as the entrance is quite small but the cats have taken to it. As it gets colder we have some blankets that will fit in nicely.Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Dry/cool fur babys
Had this since early summer and must say now we hitting winter been a little gem of a hut. Although does get bit of condensation, to solve this I popped their little igloo beds in there with a heat mat. And if they stay out in day whilst I at work, which not often. I also pop a microwave bag in so they lovely a warm. My babys dont go far but sometimes just won't come in least these keep them lovely and warm esp with microwave bags in when it starts to freeze. As we have no cat flap really expensive to fit on my patios. They very strong and stay dry even without a flap. But just a bed found it not a good as the one with the igloo bed in (them I got from B&m) as that covers the whole hut to top, no condensation. My little rescue brother and sister love thiers . Even In the summer heat found them curled up even when patios open chose there little hut x
