The instructions are clear and the item is easy to put together in less than 1/2 hour. A great concept. Being metal, it appears sturdy, is of great height, and can be stored out of sight. A couple of the holes didn’t align to allow the screws into the holes. Also, one pole was difficult to insert and extremely difficult to remove after I realized it wasn’t going to fit as the holes didn’t align for the screws on this connection either. Received this item and immediately tried to put it together and then requested the exchange all within a 1/2 hour. Hoping the replacement is better when it arrives in 3 days. I will provide a review on that one as well.Update: I had no issues with the replacement and will give it 5 stars. It is a very nice braiding rack. I’ve changed my star rating from 1 star to 5 stars because the replacement is so much better. Hoping that it lasts for years.Update 11/11/2023 - Purchased again but this one for myself. The prior purchase was a gift to someone who braids hair to replace hers for better quality and she loves it. When the purchase for myself arrived, it had no screws to put it together so I requested a replacement. The replacement arrived 3 days later with screws but was missing one of the poles. I had not yet returned the one with no screws so was able to take the pole from it to put together the replacement. Other than these issues, it is a great stand and very sturdy. I will add that I wish it had more pegs.

DO NOT BUY. Item was missing 3 of the legs and it took 3 weeks to be delivered. By time i got to opening the box the return window has already closed so am stuck with a half put togethee item that cannot be used and out of my 30 bucks

I just received this rack and my husband ran into an issue with one of the screws. Upon closer inspection, we realized the thread was warped at the end of the screw. This is impossible to put together with the faulty screw.Unfortunately, this rack doesn't come with any extra screws. Therefore, he solved the problem quickly by finding similar screws from the hardware store.Then there was an alignment problem with one of the top bars. The holes were off by just a pinch. Once again, this made it impossible to get the screw in. However, he was able to finish it without the screw, but I would need to be careful not to pick it up from the top. A piece of duct tape will secure it.The rack itself is nice and can stand alone which is what I need. It's not heavy once assembled. It can fold up and be placed out of the way even with hair still on the pegs.This rack is brand new and it's cost too much for me to have to buy screws and use tape. It's going to serve the purpose very well but I am not happy with the price I paid for such shoddy materials.*UPDATE* The following day, the seller contacted me with concerns about my review. They were extremely apologetic about the condition of their product and took my honest review into consideration.They did NOT try to bribe me with offers to remove or edit my review which I really appreciate. We did come to an agreement. Therefore, I willingly decided to boost my original rating from 3 stars to 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service I received!

Im a braider and it’s a great height for braiders that sit while braiding.. I’m short so it’ll work fine for me.. It’s very sturdy and easy to assemble. It took me about 15 min cause I was watching tv, but could’ve easily done it in about 5-8. It also comes with extra screws and a mini screwdriver. Very easy instructions as well and affordable. Will purchase again.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy installation.. not a big as I thought it was but it’ll do.. no problems . It gets the job done

I’m a braider and looking for a braider rack was stressful and drawn out. This one is sturdy and has more than enough pegs, I would suggest you buy two if you’re using it for your braiding business. Buy it.

I did not receive the screws for the rack.
