I’m a devoted Catholic and this isn’t the first time I have purchased this particular crucifix! I had one before but gave it to a good friend who was experiencing problems and I felt the sense to let her have mine. I ordered this one as I like to have a crucifix in each room in my house. The quality it amazing and the size is perfect! It’s not too large but not overly small. I love the size and it’s perfect in my opinion! The detail of Jesus hanging on the cross is of great detail and that’s what I love about it! It’s a great price and the color of the wood is nice too. Not to dark but not to light, it’s right in the middle! I recommend this item to anyone looking for a well made crucifix made with great detail and impressive to say the least. Glad I was able to purchase this item again!

The media could not be loaded. For the price point (under $20) the crucifix is great. Hangs and lays flat against the wall. Looks like the picture. Wish the coating covered the entire olive wood (front, sides, top, bottom, and back) to seal the wood to keep it from drying out. Jesus is glued to the cross not nailed (can see clear glue sticking out from hands and feet and holes where small nails would be). Holy Land card insert included and Jerusalem stamp on back of cross.

I accidentally broke my mother's crucifix, so we searched several ones at Amazon, and we are both very happy with the quality and workmanship of this crucifix. There are some natural wood lines and small crack, but it was very nice! I'd recommend buying this item. It came in the mail fairly quickly.

The olive wood is really beautiful. I bought one for my mother for Christmas then I bought this one for myself!

When I open the package the body of Christ was off the cross and I had to glue it on not happy
