My pot will not hold 60lbs of pressure. It pops and relives pressure down to 55lbs at which point it slowly leaks for the remainder of the time. Why?

Your problem with your pressure pot not holding pressure is due to the pressure relief "safety valve" being set too low. I had the same problem and could not achieve 60 psi. My solution was to purchase an adjustable pressure safety valve through Amazon and replace the one that came with my pressure pot. I purchased the following: "Control Device NC Series Brass Safety Valve 25-200psi adjustable Pressure Range". This device costs $7.11 on Amazon's website. By installing the correct color spring into the unit when you install it, you can achieve 60-65 psi in your pressure pot. It is not difficult to do, just remove your old safety valve and then install the new one with the correct spring for the pressure you wish to achieve. Keep in mind that these pressure pots are rated to a maximum safe pressure of below 80 psi. I hope this helps. Jim P.

Can i use t model Tips , i have fuji T bittom can and i use the tips in this gun

The gun used in this is a copy of a Binks, it works good. The hoses are a joke and you will need to get better. Mine melted through while using acetone cleaning the pot and gun.

Will this work with my 21gallon air compressor that puts out 4.0 CFM

4cfm is pretty low for a paint sprayer. Those are great for nail guns and inflating tires. It would probably be fine for short runs but for anything requiring extended trigger time you will run out of air volume.
