I brought this for a gift and it worked great but unfortunately after two uses it had stopped working and it was given after the return date and can't get another one-man not find an email adress for the company to ask them what them may think the issue could be

It’s not so powerful

Quick to use just requires 2 x aa batteries it does a good job smoothing hard rough skin. you get a spare file, the only down side is it dosent collect the mess, but other than that is really good item

For such an inexpensive product its really effective. The trick is not to press it hard against your foot or it will stop. If held gently into your foot its very effective, thorough and it most definitely worked well for me. I spend a lot of time in wellies as we farm, and had pretty drastic dry skin and cracks... not any more! Can highly recommend.

Great put base had mine since June and use e dry week well worth the money will deck but again when needed
