This is an excellent Omega-3 supplement and one of the best I’ve tried. The capsules are completely free of any fishy taste or aftertaste, which is a huge plus. I can take them on an empty stomach with zero discomfort, and I’ve noticed consistent benefits for my overall health since starting them. They’re larger softgels, but smooth and easy to swallow, and I have no problem taking both at the same time. My other brand (can't remember the name and hardly available and rarely on sale). This is almost as good at a great price. I have knee problems and when I don't take this regularily, I notice the pain in my knees are worse. I'll continue to purchase this brand unless the other brand comes available on sale.

Size is not too hard to take and a single pill would be sufficient for a daily intake, avid the suggest usage of 2 per day since the EPA and DHA add up to 600mg for 1 pill. There is also no taste to them and I think they are such a great value for 200. I enjoy taking 1 daily for my health and 100% recommend this brand.

Husband’s been taking it a few days now and he is feeling really good. Basically he is on high BP meds, but noting that Omega 3 may help in regulation of BP, produce higher good cholesterol levels, reduce inflammation (he gets reflux often) and whole lot of other benefits, both of us will continue consuming them. The soft gels may be large but they go smoothly down with water so that’s no issue for us.
