I bought a few of these combo plantar fasciitis kits and this one is by far the better deal for your money spent. Contrary to what some say about the quality, these are very good in quality. I tried the other kits with the same socks but these are actually tighter giving much better compression. The silicon heel pads are better than expected. Love the bright colored RED ball. Never hard to locate around the house where ever and whenever I need to find it. The neoprene heel pads are great when I just want to slip on my sandels or slip on a pair of shoes without socks giving my heels some cushioning when I need it the most. GREAT DEAL AND GOOD COMBO KIT!

Very helpful kit. Definitely helped immensely in recovering.Of all the products included, I used the compression socks and the massage ball the most. The socks are high quality and very comfy. The ball was great for floor use. All the wearables easily fit in my shoes.My primary complaints are with the silicone socks, as these provided very little relief as opposed to the other products included and were very flimsy. The compression socks are also toeless, which presented some problems when being considered for long-term wear. I recommend full-foot socks instead.Otherwise, the kit is great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to expedite their PF recovery (though, I have to say, stretches are your most important asset!!).

The ball is too hard and pokey, and some products way to tight to wear for any length of time. The socks are great and one of the heel covers was helpful.

Bought this for my teenage daughter who happens to be flat footed and has had lots of pain with her feet. Since using these items sheer had had dramatic improvement in her for pain. Well worth the money.

I didn’t see any difference wearing the sleeves at all. I have bone spurs and planar fasciitis. The ball was nice-felt good rubbing my foot across it, but you can pick up the ball cheaper by itself.

Review the sizes closely, sizes are located on one of the last few slides. I ordered the large and it was way too big for my narrow size 8.5 foot. I contacted the seller and they gladly replaced the socks with a small medium that fit much better. I wore them all night and will wear them during the day with my work boots hoping it helps with the foot pain. I will order again in the future if needed.

Good mix of products. I got this to help with some arch pain. I've been switching them out throughout the day, and I really like the arch support wrap and the gel heel protector. The neoprene heel protector is okay, but doesn't really stretch as much as I would like and tends to cut circulation after a while (but that may just be because I have larger feet). The compression sleeve is also nice, but again, fit could be better if I had gone up a size. For reference, I normally wear a size 11 men's shoe and I ordered the S/M (because I normally fit medium for everything else), so a large probably would have been better. As for the ball, it's too spikey for my liking so I haven't really used it much, but that's just preference.Also want to note that I've been wearing these indoors without shoes. No idea how these fit with shoes on.

I bought this kit because my feet were in terrible condition. My arches were aching, heels splitting and the heels of my feet were too tender to walk on. I'm pregnant so there's not too much I can do about it but using the silicone gels helped heal the splits in my skin and the compression socks combined with the arch supports when I wear my sandals have saved me from so much pain. Would buy again for sure.
