I bought this for the daughter of a colleague. Warm, engaging book for younger children with lovely illustrations and a great introduction to yoga. Not just to be read, mind - the whole point is to get active! Be prepared to be roaring like a lion or stretching like a cat alongside your little one! Good for a niece or nephew at Christmas I would think, when the whole family can get involved!

The pictures are wonderful in this book, the way they show how Yoga related to nature is fantastic. Also, a great starting point for kids to learn about Yoga.

A beautifully illustrated book for anyone who enjoys yoga, and wants to share that passion with younger members of the family. My children love exploring the different yoga poses, becoming trees, mountains, cats and dogs...Highly recommended.

I didn’t feel this was very helpful for little people - jumps too quickly into advanced poses

Great little book to introduce children to yoga

I bought this for my 7 year old, she really loves trying out the poses, it's a fun and engaging book for children, beautifully and imaginatively illustrated. She also has the wall poster on her bedroom wall!
