Tire Flares
I bought these to improve my being visible on the road, and the packaging says to consult an expert before using... so I asked the police:"These types of lights are known as 'tire flares' and are attached to the tyre valves. They are in contravention of the regulations relating to vehicle lighting, as they are capable of being moved. Any lights on vehicles have to be fixed. If you are found guilty of this offence you could face a substantial fine."So, yeah... can't use them on the road!

Pretty neat
The lights aren't very bright and don't show a complete circle consistently like the pictures show, however if you go fast enough they get closer to looking like that. Still happy though because they do give off a neat effect for your bike!

Genuinely amazing I used these for an event at night and they showed up incredibly well

Great for the Xmas period
I used these for over two weeks across the Xmas period the smiles and toot's made me smile every evening on my way to work on night shift. They are very a bright multicoloured stream which looks great whilst you're moving over 5mph. I checked out the reflection in shop windows and loved it, to see kid's pointing and laughing is worth the money. I've taken them off now and put them in storage for next year. Ps I passed many Police cars and had no hassle what so ever.
