Read it twice. It may give you your life back.
It took me 7 years to finally figure out that I have been poisoned by toxic mold in my work place. I can still consider myself lucky because 2 of my coworkers are dead never knowing what really killed them and several others' lives have been altered by stroke and cancer. This stuff is real and I recommend to everybody suffering from unexplainable autoimmune disease to watch a movie "Moldy" from Bulletproof. The book from Josh Ryan didn't seem like much when I first started reading it but after more research from other sources I returned to the book again and realized that Josh did his homework and he has a better understanding of the mold poisoning and recovery than many if not most leading experts. If you know or suspect toxic mold poisoning, this book may give you your life back if you follow it.Update Oct 2015, I am still having a great success with applying the knowledge from this book. Additionally I would like to add that I have been supplementing ;lately with sulfur (MSM, DMSO) and iodine (Lugol's) and that seems to really push my healing in the right direction. Most of the population in US is severely deficient in both elements and accidentally they both are antifungals. Coincidence?

Has a few good suggestions for fixing internal Mold, CIRS, Not about Fixing a Mold Home
Overall, I thought this book was pretty good. I like a few of the suggestions like Cream of Tarter was new and he mentions some interesting ideas to try to get up your immunity with Mold issues. The book was I think put together really fast and it doesn't have a order to stuff really. Just lots of suggestions and some resources for cleanses internally and stuff like this. I am glad I got it and think it has a few nuggets that are helpful. However, I think if one really has this illness it is very complicated and painful and especially if one has been ill a long time with it and I think that it is not an easy cleansing fix from any one thing or doctor. I would suggest studying the testing done by the Mold Warrior doctor book author here on Amazon. You can find the testing print outs free online and research what they are for yourself and then look at the drugs you will need to take and if you are like me very compromised you may need to consider doing your own thing. Like many people we don't have ten grand extra savings for out of pocket uncovered health testing and doctors. So if you need to do your own herbal alternatives and plan then this book has a few ideas that may help. Some binders to bind mold toxins I have used not mentioned in the book that could be are Bamboo Charcoal, Green internal and Bentonite Clay and Chitosan. Not going to give you lots of information, but a few helpful tidbits for self healing in this area.

Very Helpful Book!
I bought the supplements Josh Ryan tells about, and I am feeling so much better!! I needed to hear from someone who went through the toxic mold exposure, who also battled the effects of the biotoxins for a long time, and got well. Even tho I have been seeing a doctor for 6 months, I have been sick a lot longer, and it was hard finding the right doctor, but I was still struggling and needed more help. My doctor never mentioned these items to me. These were what was missing in my program. So I am very thankful to Josh Ryan for putting this helpful information together for us who suffer along, or are declining instead of getting better. This is especially true for people who are more sensitive than most people to mold and chemical exposure. Altho I think Josh Ryan should revised this book, as it needs editing to make it easier to read. Like a list of all the products, who makes them and where to buy them. It's a bit choppy. But it is valuable information, and I know there are many others who will benefit from this book. I would love write to Josh Ryan to thank him personally, but there is no contact info listed.

Great info! Just some editing issues.
The author is obviously not a writer but the information in this book is priceless. My family and I are surviving mold, and this book is a big help.I gave it 4 stars only because I'm an English major.

Bit heavy on the god, bit light on the facts.
There is some decent information in terms of general wellness and an uninformed reader will probably be better for it. Still, much of the information is somewhat scattered, and seems hit and miss in terms of relevance and accuracy. There is also a fair amount of god talk that doesn't really contribute to the book in any way. Although I'm an atheist, so others may feel differently.
