ordered this product twice, the first time the capsules were large white ones which seemed to make a difference.on the basis of the favourable results first time round I ordered a second lot, these were 50% smaller than the first ones and a different colour. This second batch have made absolutely no difference so I am guessing that the constituents have been significantly changed, I will be throwing away the ones left in the bottle and will not be ordering this brand again.

I bought it just to makes me relax and helps me sleep but did not work 🥲
