The best salt ever. Discovered it on holiday, now a firm fave here.

I have purchased this salt previously and it was very good but unfortunately this one arrived damp. I had already opened the packaging so could not return item, I will try to dry salt, if I can. I thought the supplier should know.

I thought salt was just salt until I tasted Flor De Sal.It tastes different from ordinary table salt.Less salty but more tangy.

Very good for cooking, nice flavour. It is made of 2-3 mm in diameter salt crystals, is not as brittle as other fleur de sel so it is better for precise dosing for cooking.
