This is what I expected, easy to put together however the first time I moved it one piece fall off, I've reattached, it's possible I didn't have it securely attached. Our grandson is happy with it too I rated sturdiness 4 stars because a piece detached, may update review after it's been used for awhile

Slip resistant, light and eassy to assemble. Looks just like in the picture.

I thought it was a grow-with-me type of stool and it's not. Though the steps can be used individually with careful disassembly, one edge of the small step and the larger step it attaches to, will have a visible extended edge where they fasten together. Additionally, the bottom piece of the tall step does not have the non slip mat. That was most disappointing, because I thought I could just take off the top step and use it for a taller child, especially at the potty. The saving grace is that it is very sturdy, and the side handles convenient. My 18 mo. old feels very safe and can turn around easily at the top.

We bought this for our daughter who recently started potty training and it works perfect! Super sturdy, easy for her to move if needed, and is the perfect height.
