recently purchased this cycle from Amazon and have been using it .The cycle was well-packaged, and assembly was straightforward, taking about 30 minutes with the provided tools and instructions. Delivery not on time by delhivery third party.many calls attempted but not resolve. I pick up my parcel there godown. Very worst experience. Cycle looking very awesome. But after installation without seat on cycle and not single ride already rear tire two puncture found. Too bad things happened this time from Amazon.

This bicycle is not good, screws are not there and break is not working. I am struggling to return/replacement it.
